Henna Bowls
I have been having so much fun with the slip trailing tool. Here are two little bowls, I am not quite happy with the glazing but I think I finally know what is what I want. So far it was kind of walking in darkness but I can see the light now :)

Baby Bowls
It has been a while since the last post, I am sorry, I have been a bit busy, my sister finally made some time in her busy schedule to visit us in Tampa Bay, Florida. One day we went to the studio together and did some Raku bowls. Thank you Betsy for the photos and the article The Raku Sister in your blog.
And then of course, the usual laziness to take photos, it is kind of hard for me to make even an OK. photo, in the past I enjoyed so much taking photos but of course, I only took photos of landscapes
or people, never this kind of studio photos that now I need for the clay and glass, and of course the glare is always a problem :S
Anyway, I took some photos today, I think I will have to take more in order to get some good ones that I could use to apply to new galleries in Florida or maybe Georgia??!!
Lately, I have been doing many sgraffito bowls with birds and cuyes, I always had a good time drawing them. However its has been a while feeling that I should do something with more colors besides the monocromatic sgraffito and then one day I remembered a soup bowl I had in my childhood. I liked it so much it had a big blue moon surrounded by stars but the "thing" was that you could only see it if you eat all your food.
So, I made two of these children bowls since now I am tia of two precious baby girls who recently started to eat solids. I hope these girls like their bowls the same way I liked mine.
